Help needed with various job stuff.

Hello all!

I have been working as network support and computer support for many years.

I have experience in Windows Server 2003 with the exams and such. I haven't done too much in real-world experience, I'd say around 1 1/2 years worth.

I was wondering, if I wanted to become a network admin guru, what do I need to brush up on and start learning?

I want to do in depth network administration, manage users, manage computers, install and configure servers, switches and routers. I think you get the idea!

Any help?
