What to add to my resume to get more hits?

Basically so what should I add to my resume or what direction should I go? These are the main points on my resume. I don't need help actually doing my resume just what "skills/tests" to add. I'm lost
Here is the list:
2.5 years of IT work (2 of which being sys admin)
bachelors degree in unrelated field (kinesiology)
MCSA
MCDST
I want to work as a sys admin or jr. network admin.
Should I go for CCNA? Would that even help with sys admin really? I feel like that would only help with jr. network admin (obviously) Maybe get my MCSE or MCSA-messaging? Sigh. Maybe just more experience? I don't really need the stupid experience but on paper it might look that way...
Any thoughts? Thanks!

i.e, instead of saying "experience with Windows 2003 services"
you could list each service you have experience with, "...experience with configuring Windows 2003 services including DNS, DHCP,..." etc.
Certs never help to get noticed either, especially since you do have a few years experience as a sysadmin."Vision is not enough; it must be combined with venture." ~ Vaclav Havel
