I think this fits here in the general security thread seeing that RSA enVision (RSA enVision Certified Systems Engineer (CSE)) is a Security Event Manager (SEM Security event manager - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia).
But I do not know how much attention it would get. We'll see, eh?
The exam fee is $150 do not know about the study materials.-un

I think the topic is more than valid in here, its the "group buy of the exam" Im not so sure of.
Maybe op could clarify it?if I say something that can be taken one of two ways and one of them offends, I usually mean the other one :-) -
