Hello everyone, Ive been looking for a good (open source) ticketing system to install on a Debian linux server, now Ive been checking out OTRS and OSticket.. and they seem to do the trick. Problem is that it must have spanish interface capabilities and be able to join the domain in order to login using domain usernames and password...
So far Ive been testing osticket but have not found spanish interface and have not being able to authenticate using the domain.

Good luck!CCIE Sec: Starting Nov 11 -

A Spanish language pack is available: http://legacy.forums.accord5.com/index.php?s=&showtopic=301&view=findpost&p=1213
Version 2.0 is supposed to support auth modules, but it is possible to get v1.x to work with ldap/ad as well. Search the Trellis forums...
