Security+, or any IT security exam for that fact, has a very broad base of information from which you can get a question. So, be sure to follow the book study up with a lot Internet browsing on the same subjects.
I would be sure that study guides from Sybex will contain good information.
There is a high cost for taking this exam, so take enough time to cover the subject--including disaster recovery and forensics, as well as prevention. You don't want to have to pay for it twice!

I also like the advice from Veritas Libertas:), but if you're in Israel that book may not be available there. I think it's only sold in the United States, Canada, and the U.K. right now.
