ICND - passed 869 - My thoughts

Just passed ICND today with 869. Yeah... I failed the full CCNA exam too but passed both the INTRO and ICND. A little easier route for a guy like me who does not work with routers and is a DMS-500 voice switch guy. Words of wisdom for all it's worth:
1)NAIL THAT SIM! You have to nail those sims. Spend a little time on it and get it right. You really should not exceed more than five minutes though per Cisco's recommendation.
2)Be patient and take your time before taking the exam. Insure that you read good quality training materials thoroughly. Read them each night after work until you become blue in the face and nausiated to the point of giving up and then read some more. Do not underestimate this exam.
3)Be sure to test your Sim for end to end connectivity with a ping when you think you got it ready to submit.
4)If you fail it, don't give up. Do not give up if you fail the exam. Remember that failure is really just another oportunity to win.
