Replicating AD on Remote Users
We have a Windows Server 2003 domain, and we have a few Field Crew with laptops. We just tightened our password policy via GPO.
These Field Crew's are rarely in the office. Is there a way to push out the password change to these remote users?
(Note - These laptops are on the domain but don't have VPN)

Why can't you setup a VPN? It seems like this will be problematic for both parties if they're isolated for long periods of time.
