Alvarion Wimax Network Perfomance

I need your help to anyone who has worked or who is currently working with Alvarion Wimax products.I have been assigned to advice a Telecoms company who are currently facing the following problems on their wimax network:

1.Service degradation as number of subscribers increases.
2.Lack of spectrum in 3.5GHz.
3.Hardware faults mainly electrical even when units are properly protected from power hazards like surges and spikes.
4.Software failures which cannot be resolved.
