booting cisco device from tftp server help!
hey guys
I know I can boot my cisco devices from TFTP server for the IOS
but can you also boot their config files from TFTP servers vs NVRAM?
I am building 4 labs like ccnp, ccvp, ccsp, ccip and
I want my devices all 16 of them to boot config only change IOS
I want to remain the same. So I want to set up a folder call homelab
on my TFTP server and have the cisco devices configured to it.
I know you change the config register to have them boot IOS wise to TFTP but can you do the config file boot as well from TFTP? any guidance would be appreciated and any cisco docs on the commands and steps too.
Thanks
