A few friends and I were kicking around the idea about setting up and running a Capture the Flag for education purpose. I've seen one run at Def Con, there was talk at one time of having one at grad school, however things did pan out because of the bureaucracy.
At one time, I believe there was a document called Britney Spears hacks NT4, which gave a person a step-by-step procedure on how to attack NT4. Did a search and wasn't able to find it.

Bit of high level, I was looking for info on how to setup the sides, type of scenarios and how to keep score.
Has anyone here ever run one of these and offer suggestions?
