Strange Vswitch -> Switch issue.

Currently we have a single vSwitch for use in a DMZ setup. The DMZ functions properly for any physical machines plugged into this particular VLan, including being able to access the internet through our firewall.
Any virtual machine on this Vswitch, thats plugged into the DMZ vLan can move around in the network, can contact and ping any machine inside this network... but unlike its physical counterparts, cannot access the internet.
After working with VMware, they're at a loss for what the problem may be...
On an even more quirky note... if we take said DMZ and plug it into some gimpy linksys router.... TADA, works without any issue.
Anyone else run into this issue?

Sounds like a configuration issue somewhere, I'd double-check all those things first. -

It was a configuration on our router. Improper NAT configuration.
Thanks for your response!
