Active Network File Scanner
Our Company is in the process of removing PST files from all of our pcs on the network. It is a cumbersome task due to people who continue to copy PST files to their computers. I was wondering if any of you know of a tool that can either be an active or passive scanner for certain file types across the network.
I'm using an app called LAN Search Pro, that works pretty well, but is performed by a manual scan.

Thanks we have already put this in place.
A message has been sent out to the users for the reasons behind the removal of PST files. We are using the Symantec Mailvault system which has worked very well in our environment for email archive and retention. There were a few little bugs when we first implemented it to our user environment but Symantec has released updates correcting the issues.1's and 0's
