    Great article and I hope they go with combining the two plans (which seems like the direction they are heading). Fewer connections means less thin spreading of resources. But it also means more choke points to actually take down networks. Definitely interested to see how they go about everything...

    There is definitely a big push for this stuff right now. I'm interested to see how it plays out. I wasn't really aware they were giving this info out outside of the government.
    I bring nothing useful to the table...
