Windows 7 exams
Passed 70-680

Exam was a lot easier for me than the old 2000 Pro I took. I would suggest before anyone goes in there that they get very familiar with Bitlocker, Branchcache, Image X, WDS, WAIK, Sysprep, IPV6, How to create Discovery media for no PXE NICs and focus on the Windows 7 way of doing things. If you go in thinking it's a rehashed Vista exam you will probably fail. If I had not studied I would have picked the wrong answers several times just because it's the way it was always done up until Windows 7. Understand the WinRM and WInRS syntax and how to configure it from CLI. This exam is a windows 7 specific exam for sure, I even had instances where I had walk through the Windows 7 GUI in my mind to try to come up with the right answer. It was a strong pass but I have been a 2k8 Sys Admin, and been playing with windows 7 RC for a while, and deploying it. Learn the out of the box and generalize switches for sysprep. Everything that I recognized on the exam came from the 70-680 Microsoft book I read from front to cover.
