I've never gotten USMT to work totally right in my very limited testing.
But I think i had improper versions or just wasnt doing it right. It would be very handy for me to get it working now that my client base is a lil different at my new job.
Beforehand, there would be up to 100 profiles on one machine so it wasnt feasible (or needed) to migrate them all. -

There are some nice videos tutorials and steps to take when migrating from Windows XP to Windows 7. And yes it is true you cannot directly upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7 you can take some steps to ensure a smooth process.
