SIS Common Store

This may be a dumb question, but how would one go about copying the SIS Common Store folder to another drive. We are using Windows Storage Server 2003 R2.

Basically we would like to move it to another drive and kill the old drive it was once stored in. I have tried copying it, but it ends up failing towards the middle. I have turned off the Groveler services, but that did not help. Noticed there is a SIS Storage filter. Would I need to do anything in the:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SIS.

Once we are able to copy the SIS Common Store the data that was copied from the old drive to the new one. The links should all be intact like before. Let me know if I am going about this the wrong way.
