Weird Word 2k7 issue
Yesterday morning, all our letter templates "forgot" their specified paper tray settings. We've dedicated one tray on each printer to be used for letterhead only. The settings were specified in each document so it's one less thing necessary for them to print letters (they do hundreds per day). I approved a ton of Office updates a few days ago, but this happened to someone on our terminal server as well and I haven't approved the updates for that group yet. Anybody else here ever have this happen? You'd think those settings were document specific. (Note: I strongly dislike printers)
