TechNet SA Subscription Services Question

While going through our licensing at work, I found we have TechNet SA Subscription Services available to us. So I went and signed myself up for one of our available licenses and applied it to my Live ID. When I go into the download section, nothing is available to me for download, not even free items like Virtual PC/Server, etc. Am I missing something with this? Does the License Administrator (myself and the IT Director) have to approve something beyond assigning the license to begin with to make things available for download?
