Office user profile?

I have a problem with a specific account on a PC, I can't print to a network printer using any of the MS office apps. The problem exists only for the one account even after a reinstall of Office and getting it fully patched.

I wondered if this could be down to a user profile or some information that office holds on to after a reinstall.

I've tried using a new Normal.dot but that make no difference either

If the problem exists for only one account on that pc, and doesn't affect anyone else who logs into it, then it sounds like a corrupt profile. Log in as a local admin, rename the windows profile folder, and have the user log back in. If they are able to print, copy everything over from their old profile and delete it.
