Anyone able to pass this CWTS exam with no real world experience? But, hard work and dedication to study for the CWTS material.

I passed this test the other day with 91%. Some experience with wireless before, but not much. Also had my CCNA and was working towards CCNP a few years ago. The networking experience definitely helped. Did about 6 weeks of study on my own, practice tests, flashcards and reviewed all the chapter summaries after reading the book the first time. If you use the official study guide and have a basic understanding of the concepts, I think you should do well. Good luck!
