What they're referring to I believe, is the DoD adding the CEH certification to the 8750 requirements for anyone in a CND (Computer Network Defense) position..it's not for all IT folks in the military. It won't be nearly as widespread as the article makes it sound. There was a thread talking about this same thing only a couple of days old.
