Password recovery/restore to factory PIX 506e

Hello,
I have a PIX 506e that I would like to set up however I dont remember what the password is. How do I go about restoring the PIX to factory default? I've been looking though the internet but have only found out how to do it from the command line once your logged in.

Thank you for the link. I ended up using this document and wow it was much easier and faster then I thought it would be.
