Is the real net+ test and the practice test on here about the same?

    No, not really. But if you can pass the test here with a high score, and not by memorizing the correct answers, and you read a good book(I reccomend Mike Myers All In One), plus the Technotes you should be able to pass Net+, as it's a relatively easy exam.
