Hey guys,

One of engineers delcared a UC520 dead and Cisco sent out a new one. We copied the config files in and bam. Up and running... sorta.

We lost all their voice mails/greetings. So company wide we have a new business requirement that we need to backup voice mail greetings and voice mails on all CME systems...nightly. (about 20 companies)

Any recommendations? Obviously $0 is the target mark

Backing Up and Restoring Data

If you are running older CUE software check out Kiwi CATtools - It's free (up to 20 devices I think) and you should be able to schedule it to run the CLI backup commands (link above). I use it to back up all of our voice configs – CUE backup (we only have a handful) is on my list of things to add but I haven’t had the time to play around with it.
