Hey guys,
One of engineers delcared a UC520 dead and Cisco sent out a new one. We copied the config files in and bam. Up and running... sorta.
We lost all their voice mails/greetings. So company wide we have a new business requirement that we need to backup voice mail greetings and voice mails on all CME systems...nightly. (about 20 companies)
Any recommendations? Obviously $0 is the target mark

If you are running older CUE software check out Kiwi CATtools - It's free (up to 20 devices I think) and you should be able to schedule it to run the CLI backup commands (link above).
