Power Supples/ and related

Hello Good morning everyone! I need help with power supples and what Omps and Amps and stuff like that, can anyone help me? I can't find anything on the net about this. also Just wounderin is this going to be on the exam or is this just good to know? o btw is ESD on the exam also??

I would diffenently be studing ESD not only for the exam but for your self to. Its amazing how much damage a little static can do.
I would be studing powersupplies to. The book i used to study for my A+ was enhanced A+ guide to Managing and Maintaining your PC.

I found this book very helpful and it did cover a lot on powersuplies.
things like
Troubleshooting, which normally means just replace the powersupply.
P1, P8 and P9 connectors.
different voltages that cpus use ETC.
