W2K3 trial version on two different computers?

I have W2K3 server on my XP home laptop (via virtualbox) and I am wondering if I needed to, could I put the same W2K3 trial software on a different laptop?

I don't think I will be done with my MCSE before the time limit runs out (180 days).

There shouldn't be a problem. I did the same thing (VM on one computer/install on another) with the regular version and had no problem. MS knows a lot of people use these to study for certs and need to have multiple/different instances.
