ChrisPEditor Member Posts: 24 ■□□□□□□□□□Working as a PC tech at a small college in North Georgia, I had someone call in complaining that their PC wouldn't come on. After walking through about six or seven different troubleshooting steps, I elevate it to a field service call. The tech calls me at the desk about twenty minutes later:

snokerpoker Member Posts: 661 ■■■■□□□□□□I just had someone ask me how to create a shortcut. Also just the other day someone called me and said their printer was not printing. I went over to the printer and the small lcd screen had text running across it reading- "out of ink, replace cartridge" So I replaced it and it starting working again. The scary part about this is the guy who called me about the printer has a computer science degree......

Had a SSG trying to print a word document and make the font larger. I noticed him getting frustrated after printing about 5 copies, walking back to the computer each time to do something. Finally I asked him what he was trying to do, and he said the printer is broken. I looked at the document on his computer and he showed me how he made the font bigger (by zooming in) and it wasn't any bigger on the paper. I showed him the magic of font size.
