Cisco Associate Network Consulting Engineer

Does anyone know anything about this program through Cisco? I am due to have my phone interview in the next couple of weeks. I know its a pretty intense program for a year where Cisco trains you to be one of their Network Consulting Engineers. Just curious if anyone knows much more about it or knows anyone who has been through it. Long time lurker and finally decided to register. Thanks everyone for the input. - Ryan
