can anyone reccommend a good book/cram for office xp/outlook

i just got my 1st call for an interview for a phone support position and they told me that in the interview (next week) they will ask questions and possibly give me a test on outlook and office xp... problem is, im not very strong on either and from what ive seen during my job searching today it looks like a lot of these companies are going to require the same skills
