Replacement Certificate?

Hello, I'm hoping somewhere here can help since CompTIA won't get back to me. I'm looking for a replacement certificate. On their FAQ's, it says there should be a link in my database, but I can not find it anywhere. My husband even looked just so I knew I wasn't missing it.

Can anyone please help me find the link to order a new certificate for my A+? Thanks in advance!
