The wording almost sounds like you pay $200 for 60 days of online access. So, once the 60 days are over, this is pretty much useless?

Yeah, it only works for that period of time.
I used Transcender for 70-620 Vista configuring. transcender only had a couple simulations and I found bad errors on 6 of their questions ( 3 of which made their answer wrong, the other three just made whole question pointless)
My 70-620 test had 14 "simulation" questions. With the 70 (83)-640 I hear we'll actually be logged onto a server (VM) and not have the limitations as with the old simulations.
