Hey guys,
just got back from an interview. At first the interview was going great. Great meeting with what would be my immediate manger/ director. Then I gotto the CIO and o dunno things got weird.
There was a few questions about where I thought I would fit in and what I am doing now. Once I described those it was like what do you do though -caught me offguard. I had just described what I do at my current company - so I went into more detail. Then I asked a few questions about his background and where he saw the position and department headed considering he company was doing rather well and he answere if I knew thT I'd be a rich man.
No clue how to judge it - individual was very stoic to the point - seemed robotic. Left me perplexed for a position I would love in a area I love more. Any insight?
