70-640 or 83-640 ?

I'm really confused which one is valid ? is it true that you can't take 70-640 anymore ?

I live in Lebanon and planning to take the exam there.

The 83-640 replaced the 70-640 as soon as microsoft had the test translated (if it needed to be). I've heard that the test with virtual labs is better by several people. You still have a multiple choice portion of the test, but you better have practiced on Server 2008 or you'll have difficulty.

Easiest thing to do to see if its still valid in your country is to log into your testing center's website and see which one they offer. The 70-640 is no longer valid in English, and you have to take the 83-640.
