ACL's How do you understand it?

I understand they serve the purpose of acting as an security mechanism. But the router commands I do not quite understand.

Does anyone have any links/ideas on how to learn them better?

The best way is to keep studying the commands and the concept of them. Practice on routers or simlabs.

At my class, there isn't enough time to actually do the ACL's, and the teacher while is a profound individual, did not teach ACL's. If anything we did during class was just sit read the curriculum. Yet I do not quite understand it from that technical note.

ACL is not my best topic, but its all over the CCNA objectives. So far, i find the tech-tutorial to be very clear and easy to understand. Cheers Webmaster.
