Are the information in the sticky of the first page enough for me to pass the test or will I need more?

The info on the sticky is just for the 701 portion (which the info there would probably suffice).
The A+ actually consists of 2 tests. You can find out more about this by reading through some of the A+ threads.
It is highly recommended to get a book (I recommend Mike Meyers A+, make sure you get the right edition to cover the 2009 exam) and to get some type of video training if you are a visual learner. For the video training I've heard good things about Trainsignals, CBTNuggets, and Testout/Labsim.Amazon.com: CompTIA A+ Certification All-in-One Exam Guide, Seventh Edition (Exams 220-701 & 220-702) (9780071701334): Michael Meyers: Books
