I PASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSED THE 701 with a score of 765
Thanks to veritas_libertas for giving the tips of taking notes while reading the material, and writing out the questions I missed. This helped out a lot!!
Here is what I used
1. The Sybex A+ Complete 701-702 book
2. The Exam Cram 701-702 book( this book helps summarize what you learn in the sybex book)
3. A+ Certification: Online Training for A+ Certification
4. measureUp
Now time to study for the 702 and build a new computer!!

I didn't get the opportunity to use Labsim for the A+ but it is definitely a good resource for the Net+ and Sec+. I used the Mike Meyers videos provided by WGU for my A+ training.
