Hard drive for Nokia IP2330

Stupidly I bought one of these to study with, but didn't realize it had no HDD! I'm not worried about getting software for it, but is there some proprietary drive it needs or can it take something like standard laptop HDDs?

It uses a regular hard disk.

This thing just arrived. I got it open and its obvious where the HDD goes.
Does someone know or have a link to a procedure on loading the HDD with the checkpoint software and booting to it from the IP2330?
