Microsoft has a program available in a limited number of states that offers free e-learning vouchers to unemployed IT Professionals. I thought it looked pretty good but the offer is almost over for most states and only available in a limited number of states.
Microsoft Elevate America
No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives.
