I passed with score 780. Total 47 questions 0 simulations. First Microsoft test I took without any studying just did it all based on my experience. I probably would have gotten a better score If I actually used some of the other features in our environment. Otherwise, it was fairly easy, the questions were fairly short for a Microsoft exam and the choices were not that hard really if you have even a basic understanding.

You know, as odd as this sounds, that is how MS tests are supposed to be. Completly based on real life experince.
