Books etc for upgrade MCSE to MCITP

in MCTS / MCITP on Windows 2008 General
Hi Guys,
Please move this thread if is incorratly placed.
I would like to find out if there is anyone who has done MCITP:EA upgrade (from MCSE) and is willing to sell the resources (books etc.).

Long term plan:
2011: CCNA (70%), CCNA: Security, MCITP:Messaging
2012: VCP, CEH, Linux+, start RHCA/E
2013: finish RHCA/E, CCNP

    If you have completely retained most of your 2003 info, there are some upgrade books. But if you haven't retained 100% of it, you might consider buying the normal cube and just studying all of it again as a refresher.

    I am probably going to retake all of the exams. I want to learn as much as possible even though I already have the MCSE on Server 2003.
