I have not seen anything new about this yet, has anyone heard if Microsoft is planning to give credit for the 70-680 MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration in addition to the MCITP: EDST 7 when passing the 70-682?
I know they did this for the Vista upgrade exam from the MCDST cert, but they don't indicate it so far for Win 7.
I would like to get the MCITP: EDA 7, but would also like to take advantage of the upgrade option and not have to spend extra cash to take the 70-680 if possible. Otherwise, it appears I will still need to take 3 exams meaning no clear benefit to me for taking the 70-682 when I could take the 70-680, 70-685, 70-686.

Yep that's kind of what I was thinking too. I keep checking here and it does not clearly state that which is why I was a bit concerned:

Hopefully it gets updated soon. Anyway, I guess I'll take the 682 and hope for the best
