in MCDST
Hi Guys
Im new to MS Certs, can someone tell me some info about the exam, questions, time etc, any areas really to study and focus hard on for the exam, I have the MCDST Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-271): Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System by Walter Glenn, Michael Simpson and if anybody has any feedback about the book or anything, its greatly appreciated.

The exam, if anything like 272, is very easy. Using the materials you have, you should be able to pass first time. I belive my exam was around 55 questions, I'm not sure of time, because I was done rather quickly. I would say make sure to focus on scenarios, such as a user may call you, and say they can't access email or a program in XP, you need to know how to fix it. Of course, this is NOT an exact question from the exam, I don't even rememeber those, but it's an idea of what to look for.
