i am studying for the ccna exam and i found a book from cisco and i want to buy it.please help me weather this book is good for passing the ccna exam or not?

I've not read that book, but chances are its probably covered here :-

The Lammle and Odom books are the fan favorites.
And don't forget to throw CBT Nuggets into the mix with hands on in a home lab too! -

Chris Bryant's video series is good too. You may want to run it at fast speed though.

+1 for Todd Lammle's book. Also the Boson CCNA text authored by Richard Deal is pretty good.
