Took the test today

in Windows XP Professional
Passed with a 940. icon_cheers.gif It was not an easy test, I marked nearly half of the questions to come back and review.

On my second pass through things seemed a bit clearer and I was feeling much more confident. After the first pass I was wondering if I was going to fail.

Lots of stuff that I wouldn't consider to be on an XP test, lots of server things. Should make the 290 easier.

    Congrats on the new cert!
    No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives.

    Microsoft issued me a new ID. I already had one from getting my MCAS, I just got the email congratulating me and told me how to log in. Except that my Windows Live ID was already in use so as soon as I logged in it redirected me to the MSBC area of the website. Couldn't figure out how to add this in, and then I realized I have a new ID. Sent a new email so hopefully they can add this to my other ID.
