After pretty much convincing myself I was going to fail, I passed with a score of 603. Not great, but I was happy to get in to the 600's... just! 
There were definitely a couple of questions on there that I had NO IDEA.. not sure if they were the ones they advise may not actually go towards your score...
Also, I had the exact same question THREE times (just worded slightly differently) and another question on the I/O address for a specific COM port TWICE!! The exact same port! I couldn't beleive it... Thank god I was 100% sure I had them right... If it was a question I didn't know I would have been mad!!!
On to OS now!
