Is there a reason why you would want pro over enterprise?

Because all of our boxes are hp oem pro, not enterprise. I just need the image for wsim. Can I use an enterprise iso for pro deployments?

Nevermind, I figured out a workaround.

Apparently you cannot use wsim on a x64 platform to create an x86 .wim. So I just installed waik on my x86 xp box and created the 32-bit win 7 pro .wim from there.

    Thanks for the link though.

I'm not sure about 7, but don't vista installations all come on the same dvd? Based on they key you enter it installs that version. I think there is an exception, maybe enterprise is on its own dvd or something.

Is this similar with windows 7?
Decide what to be and go be it.

If you buy oem hp boxes from a vendor, they come with hp restore plus dvds and not ms install dvds. There is only one install.wim file on the dvd but it prompts me which platform I want to work with when I load it in wsim.
