70-647 MS Press Training kit-not available on Amazon?

I was wondering if anyone knew why this book isn't available by itself on Amazon. The whole set of books is available and this book appears to be available on O'Reiily (at least O'reilly lists it)
Does anyone know if there's a reason for this book not being available on Amazon?

Microsoft Press titles are now distributed through O'Reilly. The 647 book may just be out of stock while they cutover production to O'Reilly's presses.

Thanks for the replies. I didn't know about the O'Reilly deal with MS Press. I put the link for O'Reilly in my 647 thread so people can find it easy if Amazon doesn't have it. I haven't got that book yet but have been scanning through it on Books 24x7 to find links and a better idea of what to put in my resource thread. I have the Sybex Study Guide and have ordered the prep kit.
I'm getting my school financed by the VA and I needed to know where the bookstore my VA coordinator uses could get the book. The bookstore just called this morning saying they couldn't locate the book.

My bookstore checked with the Publisher (Oreilly) and they are out of stock. They're not even planning a reprint in the near future. All that is in stock now is the book in the bundle set and they wouldn't break one down for me. Gonna check e-bay next.

IDEA: Anybody here got a 70-647 MS Press Training Kit for sale cheap?
