Video Conference Field

I have a degree in telecommunications. Currently have my CCNA. I have 4 years experience in maintaining/configuring basically everything in the video conference realm(MCUs gatekeepers, servers, gateways). However, all the jobs require active security clearance. I also have a good amount of experience in basic room wiring to amx code dropping. I make 33k but feel i should be sitting at a higher level. I have been scouting jobs for the last 2 years regularly but have found much. any advice?

I'd try to broaden your skill set if your only experience is with video conferencing. If I were you I'd try to look into getting some VoIP experience to go along with that. I think they would compliment each other very well and give you more employment opportunities.
