exchange 2007 Lab - two domains setup guide

Hi Peeps,

I want to enhance my Exchange 2007 knowledge, I am able to build a single exchange box and test different settings etc, but to do some other tests I really need to build another AD forest with another exchange 2007 server to test mail flow and hub rules.

Unfortunately I don't have an idea of how to setup up the network within VMware workstation so both networks are separate, but can talk to each other. I have seen some posts about using a Server 2003 and 2008 and adding the RRAS feature.

Can anyone help me out with advice or guide on how to configure this?
