Does anyone know if IS-IS is a topic on this exam, I was looking at getting material and its listed as a topic on the cert kit but not in the book

From everything I've heard IS-IS has been dropped from the ROUTE exam, so you wont have to study it. Shame, it's a nice protocol.

That's pretty interesting, it is definitely a good protocol to learn about and was needed when studying BSCI. I would assume it is revised somewhere into the CCIP or the internet service provider track since it's mainly used on that side?

I don't think the CCIP has been revamped yet like the CCNP. I'm sure it will be though.
IS-IS is cool because of it's little nuances.
